wooden building blocks

I remember my preschool days vividly. We have lots of cool toys to play around with. My favorites were the wooden building blocks. I would build a house using them. When it was done I would hide. I would wait for my classmates to go inside and then I would knock it down.
Despite the scolding I got from both teachers and my parents, I loved those wooden building blocks. As a parent now, I appreciate those toys. They are cheap, sturdy and build the imagination of kids. What more can you ask for from toys?
