There are many creative ways of starting your kids’ education at home. One of the easiest is to teach them using colorful children mats. These mats come in many colors and sizes and commonly feature shapes, numbers, and alphabets.
Using the mats, you can mix up the different designs and incorporate three learning areas in just one play session. A single piece of the puzzle-type mat can teach kids how to add or subtract, connect two or more pieces to form a shape, and identify the colors contained by referring to the mat’s design. These mats are also made from soft materials so playing can be made safe.
