stuffed animal

Children love to have animal toys around them. They become their friends and sometimes they even talk to them. Making a stuffed animal can be great fun especially when you have your children to help you. You can make one by following these simple steps:
~Pick out the fabric that you like.~Draw a sketch with a light colored marker of the animal that you like. You can also download a pattern from the internet.~Cut out two figures.~Sew the two figures together. Make sure to leave a hole so you can put in your stuffing.~Turn the animal inside out.~Stuff the animal with your batting material.~Sew the hole closed.~Add whatever details you desire – tails, ears, mouth, and nose.~Encourage your child to give it a name.
