Tell stories effectively by being more creative. Instead of simply reading from a book, use hand puppets to introduce kids the different characters. Adapt various voices to go with each character. If that’s too difficult for you, assign one hand puppet to become a storyteller. You’re guaranteed to get kids” attention.
Select a puppet that you feel would be appropriate to tell a chosen story. Watch it come to life under your hand. Make him speak, laugh and think. The children will be delighted and so will you.
