When I heard that my sister finally delivered her first baby, I was truly excited that I immediately booked a flight home. I would only normally visit home during special occasions such as Christmas, but since my sister is the first one among our siblings to be given such a miracle in her life, I know that this was something I would not want to miss. I owe it to my father for having allowed my kids to have a father figure even when their father has passed on. It was a difficult thing for us to handle, but we are slowly recovering from the loss of my husband. I am happy that my nieces and nephews are pretty smart. I have no kids myself, so I tend to spend most of my time and earnings to spoil my nieces and nephews. My nieces and nephews will be spending their vacation with me so my sister and her husband can finally get a second honeymoon. When I was diagnosed that I was to give birth to a child, I could not contain my excitement. Although there were some mixed feelings inside of me, I knew that this stage of my life will allow me to become more mature and responsible. My sister asked me to look after her kids for the weekend as she needed to attend this important convention. She would normally ask me to babysit them and I would be more than willing to help her out so long as I have no plans.
