Children should always be encouraged to participate in healthy exercise. They should play outdoors and get their bodies moving. You don’t want them watching TV or playing computer games for hours. This inactivity can lead to obesity which is on the rise with children all over the world.

You need to introduce a whole lot of fun activities outside. Aside from the usual sports like basketball, baseball and football, you can try having fun with bucket stilts.
